Ingredients

50ml Bridgeton Vodka Original
25ml Triple Sec
25 Lemon Juice
Grated Lemon Zest 1/2 Lemon 
1tbsp Caster Sugar
Ice

Method

  1. Put the martini glass in the fridge to chill
  2. Mix 1 tablespoon of Caster Sugar  with the grated zest of 1/2 Lemon and set aside.
  3. Pour 50ml Bridgeton Vodka Original into the cocktail shaker with 25ml Triple Sec, 25ml Lemon Juice and handful of ice.
  4. Shake really well till the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  5. Dip the rim of the Martini glass in water and shake off any excess. Dip the rim into the sugar and zest mix.
  6. Strain the contents of the shaker into your prepared glass and serve.
